TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These are the official Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​for​ Allison A. Karoly, LLC, dba Allison Karoly, Integrative Energy Healing + Coaching located at Clifton Park, NY, herein known and referenced as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” “Us,” and “Coach”.

Our email is [email protected].  “You” and “Your” refers to users of this Company’s website, communications, offerings and related materials, herein known as “Offering.”

NOTICE: These​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​are​ ​legally​ ​binding.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​Your responsibility​ ​to​ ​read​ ​these​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​carefully​ ​prior​ ​to​ ​purchase, use,​ ​or​ ​access​ ​of​ ​any​ ​of​ ​Our​ ​products,​ ​including​ ​online​ ​courses.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All payments and deposits are final and non-refundable.

Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session:

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Refunds are not available.
• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows (not arriving by the scheduled start time) will be charged the full session fee, with no refund or rescheduling offered.

Events, Classes & Workshops

Due to the preparation and limited capacity for group offerings, payments for events, classes, and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of notice given. No credits or make-up opportunities will be issued for missed attendance.

Thank you for honoring these boundaries, which help support the integrity and sustainability of this work.

RELEASE & LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand that:

• Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique used for stress reduction and relaxation.
• The Emotion Code® is an energy healing technique designed to help alleviate physical discomfort and ease emotional stress by identifying and releasing trapped emotions.
• Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) is a body-based approach intended to help resolve the effects of stress, shock, and trauma.
• Mediumship and coaching services offered are not psychological counseling, therapy, or advice-giving.

I acknowledge that Allison Karoly does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments or substances, or interfere with the care of a licensed medical professional.

Energy Healing, SE, and Coaching are complementary wellness practices and are not substitutes for medical or mental health care. Any information presented in a session is not intended to replace medical, legal, psychological, or other professional advice or services. Energy Healing, SE, and Coaching are not to be used in "lieu" of professional medical treatment but rather in conjunction with all conventional and professional services available to you to maximize your healing process.

I understand and agree that Allison Karoly and Allison A. Karoly, LLC (the “Coach”) make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any services provided. In no event shall the Coach be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

LIMITED LIABILITY

I understand and agree that Allison Karoly and Allison A. Karoly, LLC (Coach) make no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the energy healing and coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.

RELEASE OF INFORMATION

The Coach may request a testimonial from the client. By acknowledging and agreeing to this agreement, you agree that if you decide to provide the Coach with a testimonial, the Coach may post the testimonial on her website and other marketing materials with only your first name and first initial of last name listed.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions. Any court proceedings shall be filed in in Saratoga County.
